Nj\u00eb imazh q\u00eb duhej ta mbronte me \u00e7do kusht. <\/p>\n<h3>Konfliktet dhe tensioni n\u00eb rritje<\/h3>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb takimi p\u00ebr planifikimin e nj\u00eb kampi t\u00eb madh t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve, shp\u00ebrtheu nj\u00eb konflikt i hapur. Njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb e kishin admiruar m\u00eb par\u00eb e kuptuan se nuk ndiheshin gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt pran\u00eb tij. Nj\u00eb mik i ngusht\u00eb, Jonas, foli me t\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nj\u00eb mbr\u00ebmje. Ata ishin ulur s\u00eb bashku n\u00eb nj\u00eb kafene dhe Jonas tha drejtp\u00ebrdrejt: \u201cTom, duhet t\u00eb t\u00eb them di\u00e7ka. Un\u00eb thjesht dua q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb mir\u00eb.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Jonas q\u00ebndroi i qet\u00eb. &#8220;Ndoshta. Por ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb duket sikur nuk po mbroni veten, por nj\u00eb imazh t\u00eb vetes q\u00eb d\u00ebshironi ta mbroni. Dhe kjo jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb i l\u00ebndon t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por edhe ju b\u00ebn t\u00eb pambrojtur.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto fjal\u00eb e godit\u00ebn Tomin n\u00eb zem\u00ebr. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb ai pyeti veten pse kritikat e l\u00ebnduan kaq shum\u00eb. Pse u ndje i sulmuar kaq shpejt? Ai q\u00ebndroi zgjuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb at\u00eb nat\u00eb, duke menduar p\u00ebr fjal\u00ebt e Jonas.   <\/p>\n<h3>F\u00ebmij\u00ebria e Tomit dhe modeli i vjet\u00ebr<\/h3>\n<p>P\u00ebrgjigjja i erdhi kur kujtoi rinin\u00eb e tij. Babai i Tomit kishte qen\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri k\u00ebrkues q\u00eb rrall\u00eb jepte l\u00ebvdata. Performanca e mir\u00eb ishte e dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, por gabimet u kritikuan ashp\u00ebr. Tom e kishte m\u00ebsuar her\u00ebt se ai duhej t\u00eb fitonte njohjen &#8211; dhe se nj\u00eb gabim i vet\u00ebm ishte i mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar imazhin q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt kishin p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ky model ishte bartur n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb rritur.    <\/p>\n<p>Imazhi q\u00eb Tom kishte krijuar p\u00ebr veten e tij &#8211; njeriu i p\u00ebrsosur, i fort\u00eb dhe rrezatues &#8211; ishte nj\u00eb mburoj\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebse. Kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim ta pengonte t\u00eb p\u00ebrballej me pjes\u00ebt e tij q\u00eb nuk i p\u00eblqenin: dyshimet, pasigurit\u00eb e tij, frika p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos qen\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm i mir\u00eb. <\/p>\n<h3>Sh\u00ebrimi fillon<\/h3>\n<p>Tom filloi t\u00eb p\u00ebrballej me k\u00ebto pjes\u00eb t\u00eb err\u00ebta. Ishte nj\u00eb proces i dhimbsh\u00ebm. Nj\u00eb pastor nga kongregacioni i tij e shoq\u00ebroi dhe e ndihmoi t\u00eb shihte veten me sy t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. \u201cTom, Zoti nuk t\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosur, por t\u00eb b\u00ebri t\u00eb dashur. Ju nuk p\u00ebrkufizoheni nga imazhi q\u00eb keni p\u00ebr veten, por nga dashuria q\u00eb Zoti ka p\u00ebr ju.\u201d   <\/p>\n<p>Tom ngadal\u00eb m\u00ebsoi t\u00eb pranonte kritikat pa e par\u00eb at\u00eb si nj\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim. Ai e kuptoi se ishte n\u00eb rregull t\u00eb b\u00ebnte gabime dhe se ishte i vlefsh\u00ebm pavar\u00ebsisht nga dob\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij. Ai i k\u00ebrkoi falje An\u00ebs dhe foli me ekipin p\u00ebr sjelljen e tij. Nuk ishte nj\u00eb ndryshim i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm, por ishte hapi i par\u00eb.   <\/p>\n<h3>Pasqyra b\u00ebhet m\u00eb e qart\u00eb<\/h3>\n<p>Historia e Tomit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim nga vet\u00eb-refuzimi n\u00eb vet\u00eb-pranim. Ashtu si Narcisi nga mitologjia greke, ai kishte par\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb reflektim t\u00eb idealizuar pa e kuptuar se nuk e njihte v\u00ebrtet veten. Por ndryshe nga Narcisus, Tom gjeti nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pajtuar veten me veten e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Ai e kuptoi se forca e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00ebndron n\u00eb pranimin e dob\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe se sh\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur kur je i sinqert\u00eb me veten.   <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fund t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit t\u00eb tij, Tom ishte ende nj\u00eb djal\u00eb mbres\u00ebl\u00ebn\u00ebs.
