Lukas Pohl

Lukas studied management and human resources, most recently worked as a personnel officer in the HR department and is a certified life and business coach (EASC). He has experienced for himself how many questions and uncertainties you face at the end of school and how much it helps to have someone from outside to guide you through them. Since then, he has made it his mission to support young people and young adults in their career choices and vocational orientation. Thanks to his professional experience, he is also very knowledgeable when it comes to applications and is happy to help you formulate appealing cover letters etc. and be well prepared for job interviews.

Motivation

Lukas has experienced for himself how valuable it is to have other people at your side to help you choose a career and shape your future. He would like to give this back to as many people as possible. He is driven by the conviction that there is great potential in everyone and the desire to bring it out.

Lukas loves team sports and exercise. Whether it’s soccer, volleyball or a hike – the main thing is exercise. The best way for Lukas to switch off is in nature. This is where he usually comes up with good new ideas. 🙂
