The power of time: Emily’s story

Hey, imagine you’re working on a puzzle and just can’t manage to put the right pieces together. You’re stuck. You feel like you’re not making any progress. That’s how Emily felt at first when she began her dream of learning a language.

One day, Emily decided to learn French. She had always dreamed of spending a semester abroad in Paris and wanted to prepare herself for this adventure. On her first day with a language app, she did 15 minutes of exercises and hardly noticed a difference. “I’m hardly making any progress in an hour,” she thought disappointedly.
